Honey

Our Hollow & Hive honey is made by our bees in Halstead, foraging freely on the flowers around the garden centre where their hive lives. Because their forage changes throughout the year, every harvest has its own natural character — from deeper Medium Gold jars to naturally Light Gold batches — each one a true reflection of what the bees found in bloom at the time.

Lightly filtered for a smooth finish, with nothing added and nothing taken away - this is pure, local honey made by busy bees. Because real honey shouldn’t taste the same everywhere.
